Exactly how many houses (“Safehouses”) do I need to make $30,000/month in passive income and can I buy them all with no money down and without banks or loans?

Every real estate investor needs to create passive income.  All generational wealth is passive income reinvested so the cornerstone of ALL generational wealth is passive income.  Today you’re going to see exactly how to create a passive income of $10,000 – $30,000 a month as a real estate investor.  We will go over all the math that you need to know and then 30 ways that you can buy all the real estate deals that you need ALL zero down and without loans.  

You don’t have to buy real estate the same old way – you CAN change…

You are choosing what you aren’t changing.

30 grand a month in passive income?

One day a fox saw a bunch of ripe grapes hanging on the branches of a tree.  The fox’s mouth started to water as he looked at the juicy grapes.  The hungry fox jumped for the grapes but didn’t reach them.

The fox kept trying to get the grapes.

The fox got a running start, he tried climbing the tree, he used sticks and other branches, he shook the tree as hard as he could and even tried screaming at the grapes.  It was all in vain as he never reached the grapes.  Finally giving up the fox walked away and said:

“They’re probably spoiled anyway.”

There’s a BIG lesson here…

That’s the Elevator for today:  We pretend to hate goals that we give up on.

If you don’t figure this “real estate stuff” out then you will HATE it.  You’ll hate to hear about it, read about it, talk about it, think about it, learn about it or anything else.  You’ll even grow to hate people who DO succeed at it.

We grow to despise goals that we aren’t willing to achieve.

You will hate what you think is out of your reach.

This is why so many people in real estate say “that stuff doesn’t work” or “you can’t make 30k/mo doing that” or “well it really doesn’t work that way and I know because I tried it” and then there is our absolute favorite the mantra of the LC:

“That doesn’t work in my area/business.”

This can all be translated very easily.  They tried, failed and gave up.  Now as they as they walk away (or somebody else goes to try) they’ll tell anybody within earshot to not bother because:

“They’re probably spoiled anyway.”

This is a convenient way to justify giving up on goals, making excuses for failures and accepting (even inviting) low standards.  To see just how toxic this is to your thinking and unrealistically negative you can become let’s do some math.

“It is just math.”

That is the answer my students always give when people ask them how they are making 20k, 30k, 100k+ a month and beyond.  So let’s look specifically at creating $10,000 – $30,000 a month in passive income.  How hard is it really?

Passive Income = Equity x Production

30k/mo = 4.5M x 8%

So how the heckballs do you get $4.5M?

Safehouses = 150k and rent for 1% (1,500)

(again you can see the class about to learn what a Safehouse and 1% percent means)

So you need about 30 houses, that is 150 x 30 = 4.5M

What about for 10k/month?  

That’s only 10 houses.

You meant that’s IT?

Yes, that’s it.  Just 10 houses.

Keep in mind how many classes Anna has made and showed you how some Heroes are able to pick up 10 houses in one month.  And if you use our Money Recycler process you only need enough money to do ONE deal and you just reuse the same funds.

What about ZERO down Azam?

Yes, wouldn’t it be great to get those houses ZERO down and without a bank?  

I can hear the LC now:

“That doesn’t work in my area.”

“Zero down real estate estate doesn’t work in this market.”

“You can’t do that many deals without getting a loan, there’s no way.”

Translation: They’re probably spoiled anyway.

You know what though, maybe they’re right.  Maybe you should just stop right now and go back to work and let your kids worry about their own financial future.  I mean why bother trying to do stuff that obviously doesn’t work right?

That is what most people do, and they get appropriate results.

That is why it is SO easy to stand out today.  If you have just basic levels of preparation, focus and ambition you’ll be unstoppable because everybody trying to stop you is an LC bum.  If you don’t see lazy people everywhere, it is because you’re one of them.
