Investors buy low and sell high.
A “Wholesaler” buys REALLY low and sells low.

What is Real Estate Wholesaling 101.

Normal retail “Pretty House”: seller has two main options.

Seller can do a FSBO and find a renter or buyer.

Seller can list with a REALTOR and they find a renter or buyer.

Off-Market “Ugly House”: seller has two main options.

Seller then Investors then buyer or renter.

Seller then WHOLESALER then investor then buyer or renter.

So that’s where wholesaling falls in.

Yes you really CAN start achieving financial freedom learning the art of wholesaling properties as long as you follow the steps in this guide to wholesaling real estate.  Even if you are a real estate agent and you HATE distressed property listings because they seem “cheap” or you think it will lower your status to find a buyer for those kinds of deals, it doesn’t have to be that way.
