What is an “LC”?  How to kill the LC in you and why real estate investors fail.

What is an LC?  How to kill the LC in you and why real estate investors fail.

You guys have asked:
What is an LC?
Why do so many real estate investors fail?
What can you do today to ensure that you succeed as a business builder in real estate?

So what is an LC?
– So several years ago Azam’s parrot called him a “Lazy C-word” I won’t say the word but it rhymes with PUNT
– Yes this is a VERY bad word and I don’t think it should be used with Kids, in public, etc.
– However, it has caught on and has become a big part of “BigReia.com Lexicon”

Here’s why this is important:
– There are basically two versions of yourself within you
– On one end of the Spectrum is a total LC version of you and the other side is you at your best and highest aspiration
– Every day you are moving towards one and away from the other, EVERY SECOND is a decision

Azam says: “Your life is a perfect sculpture of your thoughts.”
– Your life is a block of rock, what you carve out is up to you
– Everyday your thoughts are the chisel and your actions are the hammer
– The LC is in all of us, it is the real enemy, it can handicap your actions and more importantly your thinking
– Example: even NOW after all these videos, examples, successes, training, resources, etc. I STILL have real estate investors in Indiana tell me that this doesn’t work in our area LOL
– A good first step in defeating the LC is understanding it is there in you, and it says certain things and paints certain pictures, it makes you settle, give up and get discouraged IF you let it

– Only do work that is your destiny, where you feel the Smile of the Universe on you
– Focus your thoughts on changing lives and make a difference (not making money), start volunteering and keep pursuing meaningful “work”
– We say that you should only do work, think about things and surround yourself with people (like on your team) that make you get of bed like a bullet, love life and reach new depths of GRATITUDE every day

The two REAL reasons so many real estate investors fail:
– Number one they don’t get properly trained
– Number two they don’t get EMOTIONALLY invested in their work, they’re just trying to “do deals and make some money”

You should be obsessed with the impact you are able to make, this is how our PSN Heroes are making it happen:
– Draw a map of the Spectrum and ask yourself what you need to in the first 19 minutes of waking up that will move you towards the RIGHT end of the Spectrum
– Just by adding one step at a time you’ll get ADDICTED to being the best version of yourself, once it creates the DOPAMINE hit you’ll be hooked
– Live your life on purpose, study our other classes and you can use Hero Narration as well to literally write your own superhero story and comic book
