– Exactly what to do to get a slot in the next ground of investors we work with and do these 30k+ flips with.

So the Indy Anna Reia Challenge:
– Azam explained this partially, but basically every week we’ve been doing a few basic things to get the deals through our Indy REIA (Real Estate Investor Association) going, the goal is to focus on Indy first and then expand to other states since it is pretty easy to dominate and stack WINs in a given market.
– So part of what I’ve been doing is helping investors do 20k, 30k, 50k and more real estate flips with Indy real estate deals, but now I’m going to document it in a way that’s never been done before.
– We may turn this into a documentary, but for now I’m going to take a sample of the 30+ current deals and every week you’ll be seeing the update on the progress.  So on a 30k flip for example, you’ll get to see the exact purchase price, closing costs, rehab costs, etc. and you can follow along through each step.

This will help you in several ways:
– First of call you can see deals from the very start and all the way to the end and you’ll see exactly how much was invested and how much money was made.
– You’ll also the NOT pretty parts that are often skipped over in seminars, get rich quick schemes and bs “home flipping” shows, books, radio, etc. you’ll see the good, bad and ugly as we walk you through the WHOLE process.
– You’ll also get so see exactly how we work with our investors and how you can be a passive investor and never leave your house and instead just write checks for everything.  Remember this is NOT for active investors who are building a business this is for passive investors.
