The $50,000 Duplex Flip and BRRRR Example Update – Indianapolis Turnkey Real Estate Investing Real Life Examples.

Recently we brought one of our duplex deals and showed you some of the before pictures, as well as walked you through the numbers on it. As promised, we are making this update video as the process continues on.

Now, just to be clear on this one, we are three weeks into the whole project.

The goal is to be rent ready on this Indianapolis buy and hold property in under 45 days, so we are ahead of schedule. This is pretty remarkable and it’s because we’ve got a great team put together here in Indy – one of the BIGGEST reasons we say, it’s your ‘boots on the ground’ that matter- proof is in the pics & results.

We’ve had some unprecedented labor changes in the US as we’ve continued in the duration of COVID 19. It’s not unusual to now see hours of operation changing nationwide- and this is not limited to contractors – except when you’ve got the right team in place!
