People always ask about buying businesses and what it takes to do it successfully.  There is ONE single skill you need that will put ahead of the pack, today you’ll learn what that skill is and how you can develop it overnight with the BigReia training

According to SBA business acquisitions 

– 3 out 4 business buyers LOST money for up to seven years

To succeed you MUST have… A Secret Weapon

– What will be different when you buy/own, how exactly will you grow it?

You have to know exactly how/why you’ll be growing things and making a difference. 

– Examples: Buffet 20%, Simon Criteria, Cali hedge fund and 9.5% deals.

Buffet’s SW was his patience and being okay with “just” 15-20% ROI.  I learned a great lesson from the Simons about how to spot business (usually retail) tenants that will fail by asking them how solid their criteria is and how inflexible they were about it.   

– SW: Hospitals, McDonald’s fries, Fight Clubs, L/A, ABM, sodas, etc.

Buying medical clinics by working with hospitals is a great example of a SW.  This is how you CREATE deals instead of trying to find them, the same with buying McDonalds, gyms with Fight Clubs, the L/A Models, the Asset Brokering Model and more… are all great examples as well.

– First: GXMs, Doublers, “employee of century”

Volunteer always, it is the best way to trigger the Great Experiment.  Get a job with a target company and you should quickly become their best employee ever.

– Models = Ladders (No Opportunity Blind)

See the ladder, climb the ladder yourself and then help others see their ladders.

Start with YOU and what bring to the table, then the business and THEN the ideal industry.
