Nobody real estate investor should ever buy a property without an inspection.  There are a few exceptions but they are rare.  Normally a property will fail the inspection and that will be the end of it but today you’ll see a better way.  Today you’ll see how our students are making an extra 25-30k/month from bad and failed inspection reports.  You’ll see exactly how to put this machine together from start to finish.

Most investors get a property professionally inspected before they buy it and most of the time the house does NOT pass the inspection and the investor moves on.  Today I’m going to show you how my students are making 10-30k/month from those “bad/failed” inspection reports –

How to make an extra 10-30k/month from bad and “failed” inspection reports.

This is a totally cost free and untapped source of motivated sellers and it can drive your entire business.  Once you build your team they can bring (and close) for you deals month after month. I’ll show you exactly how to set this whole machine up from start to finish.  Let’s start with a story:

This week’s lesson: Social Mobility is DEAD – Unless…

In 1980 Robert Shafran was greeted on his college campus as a man about town.  The guys gave him high-fives, the girls hugged him and the staff adored him.  There was just one problem: Robert had never met any of these people before.  Plus, they kept calling him Eddy.  But why?

The truth is a dark, twisted story that’ll make you question your OWN life.

Robert learned that “Eddie” was actually his identical twin brother and although they had never met they just happened to attend the same college.  The brothers were adopted and neither the brothers nor the families knew that they were twins.  Local news covered the story and then –

They got a call from a THIRD look alike.

Turns out that they weren’t just twins but TRIPLETS.  The brothers were separated at birth and adopted by different families, and nobody knew they were triplets.  The triplets became famous, appearing on national media, mornings shows, talk shows and even a music video for Madonna.

They were celebrities – but everybody wondered HOW could this happen?

After some research into the adoption agency some startling truths became known.  For one, the triplets were purposely separated and placed with families of different income backgrounds to test the theories behind the “Nature versus Nurture” debate.  In other words –

It was all part of an experiment.

After more digging it turned out that the guy behind this particular experiment (Dr. Peter Neubauer) also did the same experiment with many other children including twins and triplets. The exact number and results of the experiments are still a mystery.  

This caused major trauma in the children.

There were many signs of separation anxiety that the infants showed during the experiments. Many of the psychological side effects continued through life.  Eddie, for instance, fell into deep depression as a result of the emotional trauma and eventually killed himself.

At least three other twins from the experiments also committed suicide.

As this story became known more and more people started to wonder about their own families. People started searching to find secret twins or other family members that they didn’t know about.  So far –

Dozens of people around the world have found out that THEY had a secret twin.

Another unsettling part about this is that we still don’t know how many twins, triplets or others were part of these experiments.  We do know that there are MANY other groups that were doing similar research, some with twins and some without but nobody knows how many.  

Some of the experiments are multi-generational.

It isn’t just about you but maybe your parents or grandparents were part of a similar experiment. If that sounds far-fetched then you don’t know the history of MY family and how my great grandfather was allowed to attend school as part of an Oxford study on IQ and work ethic –

It was a similar experiment on achievement.

All these years later what his family was able to do – including getting to America – was all made possible by his level of hustle.  My birth in America was the start of benefits I inherited from ALL of their efforts compounded.  The others in his neighborhood who didn’t get to attend school? 

They are centuries behind.  

Yeah, so this stuff is REAL and has deep ripples.

What’s my point and why bring this up to you?  Today my focus is the reason behind the experiments and their results, remember they are all kept secret.  It is interesting to know WHO kept and is still keeping these secret for all of these years, in the case of the triplets and others – 

The research is kept hidden by Yale and Columbia University.

Wow.  Not what you’d expect right?  These fine “established” institutions are helping to take part in these horrific experiments.  It gets crazier though because powerful unversities and governments worldwide have also been involved with similar experiments.  

Like the experiment with MY family done by Oxford. 

That’s the first point and why I’m bringing this up to you – the resources behind this.  As awful as these experiments are it does show you just how much time and energy the most powerful people in the world put into finding out the secret to achievement and social mobility.

There are many famous (and less immoral) attempts to answer these questions – 

The “Genetic Studies of Genius” (also called the Terman Study) is the oldest and longest-running longitudinal study in the history of psychology.  It was conducted by finding the highest IQ elementary school children who were in the top .25% and following them through life.

It was assumed they would become leaders and Ultra High Achievers, right?

That is not what happened.  The MAIN factor that determined how far the kids went in life was where they started.  As famed sociologist Pitirim Sorokin said: 

“Children with high IQs did about as well as a random group of children selected from similar family backgrounds would have done.”

A seed (usually) won’t outgrow its pot – even if you’re a GENIUS.

If you go through my “SA Class” you’ll see studies from the University of Michigan, Harvard, the Congressional Budget Office and many others.  Including recent Brookings Institute, World Economic Forum and Oxford research studies – and guess what – 

They ALL agree – social mobility is dead.

You know me, I’m not here to spread negativity or “bad energy” I’m just pointing out the obvious mathematical conclusions.  A TON of resources have been invested for us to learn that even in America pretty much NOBODY outdoes the income of the household they were raised in.

BUT – there is ONE exception.

There is a group of people that come to a place like America and they are like superhumans who are immune to the income gravity that weighs down nearly all others.  They are undeterred by roadblocks, handicaps or disadvantages.  They always go to the top as long as they –

Came here from a POOR country and BELIEVE in good grades (work).

In the above Brookings study, researchers found that poor people from undeveloped countries were more than 20 times as likely to believe that their hard work alone could propel them to be high income earners.  Think about that over 20 TIMES likely to link their effort to wealth.

It is NOT enough to come from a poor country you need to focus on good grades.  

I was always told, for example, don’t even bother coming home if you get an A minus.  THAT teaches you to connect work to goals.  If you come from a poor country and you BELIEVE hard work will get you everwhere – you are unstoppable.

That’s the Elevator for today: 

You’re 20 times more likely to get rich if you think hard work alone will get you there.

Of course that is a slight distortion but you get the point and the real number is probably much higher than just 20 times more likely.  You can be the 1% that outworks the 99%.  When you adopt this thinking you defy “income gravity” like Superman.

The key to doing this: Resourcefulness.

Every study shows the same thing – that you can throw these people ANY where in America and they rise to the top.  They outperform their peers EVERY single time and they do it by looking at the ordinary and seeing the extraordinary.

So the MAIN point today is being resourceful – 

To the hungry they always see opportunity and find a way to win no matter what.  You can give them horse manure they’ll turn it into gold.  So today I want to give you such a gem that we’ve been working on –

Turning BAD and FAILED inspections into 30k/month?

Here’s a class where you can learn to take “trash” properties that investors are throwing out like a pair of old shoes and turn them into cash cows.  You can do a steady stream of deals month after month if you do this right.

Here’s how to do it right:

This is from author Caroline Adams Miller in her book “Getting Grit” and she is referencing some of the work done by well known researcher and psychologist Carol Dweck on the power of adding one word and the optimism it creates:

“Dweck has gone one step further in her research and discovered that the use of a simple word ‘yet’ can create greater persistence when facing challenges. If you tell a child that they ‘didn’t answer the math questions correctly *yet*,’ that one word opens their minds to the idea that they can eventually solve the problems.” 

This didn’t just effect the immediate task, but the child’s OVERALL outlook: 

“… she found that not only did the children become grittier, they also became more zestful, creative and hopeful when ‘yet’ opened up their eyes to the possibility of a different, limitless future. If ‘yet’ can change mind-set, imagine how many other words and phrases can unlock resilience and stick-to-itiveness!”

Just start using the word “Yet” and you open possibilities..

Yet creates optimism and power.  the word YET Crazy pants right? That experiment is part of something called the “Dual Hormone Hypothesis” by the way. It’s amazing how many little things we can do to dramatically improve our results. Small things like writing a letter, standing with a certain posture, ordering acid attacks on an ex, etc.
