Real estate investors: how to get paid extra $200/day for reading out loud. Quarantine money y’all.

How are we getting kids excited about reading and writing?
How can real estate investors make some extra money during quarantine days?
How can you get paid $500 an hour to read stuff out loud?

As you guys probably know by now with our PSN Heroes we are always looking for ways to make learning and business building more FUN

– Right now during quarantine time and while school is out for months at a time it is MORE important than ever that we keep our kids and young adults excited about learning and progressing
– So after doing some drills and exercises some of the Heroes came up with a cool, fun way to improve reading and make money at the same time
– This is working pretty well so far and it is something real estate investors and others can do too 

What is it?  You are going to provide narration/voiceover by doing audio books for authors.
– One website we’ve been using is the Audiobook Creative Exchange at: ACX.com
– You can go there and search for genres of books and type of voice actors they want (maybe they want young, old, cool, male, female, etc.)
– You get paid two basic ways one is Royal Share (RS) which means you are paid on all the sales of the book on Audible.com or wherever else they sell it, the second main way is PFH or Per Finished Hour so after you record and send the audio you get back for every completed hour
– A PFH will take about 5-7 hours (because of recording, editing, etc.) so $100 – $200 “Per Finished Hour” is going to be about $15 – $30/hour

Here are some examples that are from ACX.com right now, this is exactly what we are doing right now.

Okay so now you should see how it works, even if you make NO money…
– You can learn the actual content of the book or get to read a cool story
– It helps with reading, comprehension and communication skills
– You officially become a “Professional Voiceover” who is getting paid royalties
– For me, I get nervous and speak very quietly so I’ve been doing it to improve my voice and speaking as well
– This has also become a good confidence booster and resume builder because when you can go from not being able to read to being a real life “professional” audio book narrator, that sounds pretty cool

You can get more jobs and work
– Upwork, Fiverr, Guru.com, Freelancer, Voices.com, etc.
– You want to keep in touch your clients from this because often they have more work
– You can also get work from radio/TV/video ads to promote these books too

This isn’t BIG money BUT a lot of you guys have asked about “money today” and this can do that
– It is best if you read something you want to read/learn anyway, like sales techniques, using the iPad better or a romantic story, etc.
– We are building a podcast studio depending on how much money we make this month because enough parents and kids are doing this and having fun
– You can make $50-150 or even $200 a day but it IS work and so you should only read stuff that you want to know about anyway
– As we’ve been doing this many struggling real estate investors and unemployed/furloughed workers have started this and really appreciated this opportunity
– You can do this today, from home and have your first audition in the next five minutes
