How to make sure your deals close when you’re using a hard money lender.

Real estate investors are required to disclose that they are using hard money loans to purchase a property, and that can often turn off a realtor or seller.  It just isn’t the same as saying “cash offer” and if there are issues with your appraisal, seasoning, relationship, etc. then the deal will not close and be back on the market after wasting everybody’s time.  Today we’ll talk about how to avoid issues with closing on hard money loans.

How to make sure your deals close quickly and easily even if you’re using hard money loans instead of cash.

Hard Money Loans are tougher to close than cash deals.

Cash deals are easy because there is no inspection, appraisal or valuation needed.  All you have to do is agree to buy and since the money is yours, that’s enough to close.  With hard money lenders you’ll have to jump through a few hoops and it can cause huge delays in closing.

To avoid this you want to build relationships, perfect your policies and execution and follow the steps in the video.  There are many real estate investors in Indianapolis and elsewhere that have ruined relationships by not closing correctly because they screwed this up.  I’ve listed Several HML here:
