Here’s how to buy and sell houses the same day, zero down and from the comfort of you own home.  Here are the exact steps we use to get better buyers.

Study our MF classes and you should know…
– The FIVE different categories of MF
– We focus on 3,4 and 5, today is about TERMS sales
– Seven different kinds of 0 down CONTROL of ASSETS MF
So now the focus is on how to close the SAME day
– We need the VIP List of Buyers developed
– They can “Pre-Purchase” or “Reserve Fund”

– Then you can easily close one at a time on the same day

We are in “The Control Economy” and Micro-Flipping examples are errywhere:

Uber is the biggest taxi cab company in the world, and they own ZERO cabs…
AirBNB is the largest hotel company in the world, and they own ZERO hotels or rooms…
The largest apps and software vendors in the world, don’t create any apps – google and Apple…
One of the largest shipping companies in the world is Amazon they own ZERO trucks or planes…
The largest media company and media owner in the world is facebook, they create ZERO content…
The largest telecom companies in the world are skype and zoom – they own ZERO phone/internet lines…
The largest movie house in the world – Netflix – owns ZERO theaters or even screens YOU provide the screen…
Apple is the largest cell phone company in the world and they have ZERO broadband and cell bandwidth of their own…
Google/Alphabet – sometimes the most valuable company in the world, 1T business and they don’t make anything – they don’t sell anything

Buyer quality determined by: Resources and Expectations.

– Screen Buyers into the two main categories CASH or TERMS
– Best terms buyers with money, searching and Pre-Deposit
– They go to title/attorney and deposit money, sign, bank…

Now to find the property and CLOSE
– Buyer search, agent and Provider, just REPEAT
– Once ready to sign they can half-close and then seller
– This is how they can get keys the same day as showing

Why Pre-Deposit?
– Helps commit them and creates accountability
– Makes for a stronger offer and seriousness confirmed
– It can help them with their finances and getting on track

Iterations and REPEAT until closings regular
– You know the moving pieces and which screws to tighten
– From Now On… you should have a weekly/daily Targets
– The better you categorize the easier improvements are
