If you are a landlord for a rental property in Indianapolis, it will take you about 17 years to pay that property off completely BUT if you have the right property management you can pay the property off in less than 5-7 years – that is how important property management is to Indy landlords.

In the United States there are about 150 different rental markets but the Indianapolis market is one of only five that has “2% houses”, or houses that rent for 2% of their market value.  Today we will talk about Indianapolis property management, how to find the best property managers, the best practices for managing Indy rentals and how you can get a free list of attorneys and property managers to help you now.
