Most Indiana “Wholesalers” SUCK Donkey Dongs… here’s what you need to know.

Every single week I get calls, texts and emails from investors who tell me about yet another Indy “wholesaler” running some kind of scam on them.  I hate to speak ill of anybody but these stories are insane and I don’t know how people are getting away with it.  One very well known criminal has media and political connections and after leaving the country he is somehow STILL able to run his real estate scam.  Crazy stuff, be careful and follow my lead and ask these questions and you’ll be much safer.

Indiana real estate wholesalers SUCK (for the most part) here’s how to know if you’re dealing with a turd…

One of the worst, biggest scam artists in the history of Indiana real estate was a guy named Clayton Morris, you can read all about that turd here.  There are many other smaller scams too though, here are some questions to ask:

Questions to ask to avoid being ripped off by Indiana wholesalers:

1.) What is your definition of success for a client?

2.) What is your success rate with clients you work with?

3.) Are these deals “direct to seller” or are you doing a JV?

4.) Do you also invest in these areas could I see your rental ads?

5.) Do you have a few names of other investors you are working with?

6.) Do you at least have success stories I can see and read about client ROI?

7.) Do you have construction crews, hard money people, refi, people, etc. as well?
