Finding Forever Tenants can change your life.

Here are some basic tips to screen tenants:

1.) Verify they have 3x rent in their income and 2 years on the job

2.) Do the basic background check using the tools below

3.) Call previous landlords and other references

4.) Do a specific felony and fraud search

5.) Check for ANY evictions/collections

Now more advanced tenant screening:

6.) Busy people, work long hours NOT at home

7.) Use our “Lifestyle Commitment” as you talk to them

8.) Try to find a way to see their current living space and condition

9.) Offer ways to personalize and give VIP treatments just for them

10.) Develop a LONG term plan with them 5-10 or 20+ years out like an advisor/friend
