system, communication, overall mood stabilizing, blood circulation, heart
rate, pain relief (natural painkillers), endorphin release, oxygen use, looking younger, sleeping better, weight loss, improve relationships, confidence, more.
– Helps with bonding, likability, conflict resolution, teamwork, charisma, empathy

This started by experimenting with Yoga Laughter
– The point is to “fake” laugh and maybe it becomes real
– We started using this in our therapy sessions and modified it
– “Quantum Laughter” is what we came up with as our approach

How Heroes Master Quantum Laughing
– First isolate and catalog Funny Anchors that always work
– Use Anchors to begin “fake” laughing into real genuine laugh (ego-S)
– Take biggest “fears” and “bad” stuff and explain with forced laughing
– Laugh Offs/Battles anytime somebody seems down or off for any reason
– Now you get “there” regularly and STAY there and bring others as well easy

The purpose of doing this?
– First it brings the HERO up and high plateau
– Second they learn to bring OTHERS up at will
– Third, it helps enormously with Compliance Testing Gaining

Example Experiments you can do to test the Laugh Effect
– We always teach to be at a “5-7”, so try at the “Edge of Laughter”
– Introduce yourself with that intro part of the laugh already in effect
– Look for their immediate lighting up to match you, “funny”, Compliance
– You collect 77s faster/easier, get more addicted and ENJOY accumulation
– Biggest factor in UHA is NOT hard work/discipline, it is addiction/enjoyment

– “Broken marriage” fixed with a mirror?
– “Chemo Cheer” spreads through hospital wing
– “Laugh Parachute” to deal with nervousness of calling: Knock Knock COMPLIANCE (both)
– “Bad Jokes” intentionally BAD can be a great source of humor and actual laughs/compliance
– “Early Bird Laughs to the Bank” create the VIP group and pull out 20k in your first MF month?
