Duplex Investing – Passive Income – Turnkey Stuff

Here are terms, ideas and processes you should be familiar with by the end of this class:

Gentrification – 1% houses – 50% rule – Refinancing 80% – HIGH income and CASH required – usually 3-5 years, ALL relies on your TEAM – Cash Equalizers (Management, Repairs and Debt) – Negative cash: eat, borrow, flip…
