How to buy a gym that makes you 5-10k/month, with no loans no money and without leaving your house…

… here’s how our special needs Heroes are doing this right now.

Indy Anna Explains:
– A simple way to buy/control local gyms in your market and make sure that they make 5-10k/month.
– How to own these gyms with no money down, no loans and no credit checks and without leaving your house.
– How to work with groups like our special needs Heroes so you can help your charities at the same time.

There are many ways that we buy/own/control local businesses right now, here is one way that we do this with gyms.
– First we have our entrepreneurs who are always talking with local businesses and screening them to see who would be the best fit to work with us.
– When a Hero brings us a good contact they make $500 just from that alone, so it is good money for the young and older alike.
– Today we will just talk about gyms and one way of working with them. You could help them grow their business, get more clients have better transactions or do many other things but instead we will focus on doing just ONE thing with them: JVs.

Remember, as we’ve talked about there are only two ways to grow a business:
– More transactions
– More profit per transaction

So this is one of the “Real Estate JV Models” and here’s how it works in three steps:
1.) We get in touch with a gym that has an active Fanbase
2.) We will craft a message that they can send to their people, this message will say something like:

“My good friend Anna (who happens to have the number one channel on YouTube for ‘Indiana real estate’) buys and sells houses and if you or one of your neighbors needs a cash offer TODAY then you really want to call Anna right now…”

3.) Do the deals with the sellers who call and pay the business.

So, how can you actually BUY the gym doing this? Three main ways:
– They make you partner in the entire business and you agree to keep doing more real estate deals with their Fanbase. Remember that they will need you in order to make this extra money and it costs them nothing so when you position this right they will do whatever it takes to get you to keep working with them. (This was how I bought my first car dealership, they paid me to do the real estate JVs with their people and now they have me on retainer with a salary.)
– You use money you’ve made to buy shares or the entire business. We have bought a few companies this way, we can use the deals as a way to finance our acquisition of the company piece by piece.
– Their main business may likely shutdown (during Covid-19) and now this real estate business IS the business and you own some or all of it.

Thee signs of a good gym or other JV partner:
– They have at least 2,000 – 3,000 people in their Fanbase.
– They have more than just a facebook page to contact their people, we want to see emails and text messaging capability.
– They have some sort of regular contact with their people so we know how many eyeballs, replies, engagement they get from sending an email/text.

Example of a good WIN:
– We just did a deal with a gym that had over 7,000 people in their database, we spent two weeks nurturing their people and loving on them to get ready for the promotion. I’ve talked about this in other videos you can see those links in the description.
– Then we took a sample of about 1,500 people at a time and sent them the notice about “Indy Anna Buys Houses Cash” and in the first week we had almost 100 leads.
– From those I had over a dozen more potential deals but I closed or stared to close 7 in the first week, just about one a day.
– The gym is making over $10,000/mo working with me and their main business is no longer necessary.
– They can keep marketing and do zoom classes or in home personal training but the lease and space is no longer required. This has changed everything for them. We can go to the next batch and easily work with the 7,000 members year round, maybe a longer cycle like 18 months.

Now guess what the best part about all this is?  Azam and I are doing an event very soon.
– Wouldn’t it be great if you could do this and have no guesswork and instead of a trained Hero right next to you? That’s what this is about.
– One of the things we are going to be doing is partnering with students in a new way where you get all the emails, scripts, videos, etc. that you need to screen local companies in the Midwest (no matter where you are) and when you have a good business to JV with I’ll take over. Send me a good contact and you get $500 on the spot, but you won’t want it just wait lol.
– I’ll take care of everything, all the deals, talking to the sellers, investors, getting the buyers, etc. You can watch me and my team do everything and slowly see it all come together. You’ll get trained with us right by your side and you never need to leave your house.
– I’ll even show you how to hire VAs to make these calls and send the emails for you and you’ll have all the Indy Anna Compliance Curve material that you can leverage as one my Bird Dogs.
– You’ll also get 20% of the JV and if we buy the company you’ll get 10-20% of that equity position as well.

There’s a bunch of other cool stuff and we’ll go over that later for now you want to go to and digest everything and then when the doors open at WBE, if they opent again before the Event, you want to be first in line.
– I have a Bird Dog who has made $35,000 in the last few months and will be replacing his 60k year income by January and this is all he does, he sets up real JVs for me and he never leaves his house.
– I have a few other folks who have replaced healthy incomes as well and it has taken anywhere from a few months to over a year, so it can be done it just takes time and training.
– There is no other chance like this anywhere in the world and I only take on a few folks at a time so unless you are 1,000% sure about this please leave the spot open for somebody more hungry.
