How to collect and rent out brilliance

Indy Anna Explains:
– How does the “Manufactured Franchise Model” (MFM) work?
– How can rent a letter or a classified ad out and collect money on it every month like it is a rental property?
– How a Hero is renting a SINGLE ad out and making $1,500 a week.

There are many different Models within an MFM, today we’ll go over one part using copy writing. There are three steps to making this work:
1.) First you need a piece of copy like a letter, an email, an ad, a google adwords ad or something like that (and HOW it is being used) which is currently producing leads.
2.) Next you need the process that the business uses to convert those leads into clients, this includes scripts, appointment protocols, letters, voicemails and anything else.
3.) Lastly you need at least one transaction, but preferably a series of transactions, so that we can measure success.

Here’s an example, I did a JV with a jewelry store.
– They were suffering because of Covid shutdowns so I helped them by going to their Fanbase with an “Anna Buys Houses” offer and I split the money I made with them. They will make about $100,000- $150,000 this year from these deals along.
– On top of that I asked how they got business previously and he told me about a letter campaign and an ad that they used. In these cases you want the demographics of the audience they target this is usually income and age and one other variable.
– In this case we targeted $100,000+ income earners who were 50 years of age or older and who have spent $2,500 or more on jewelry in the last 12 months.
– First though I talked to the business owner and asked him if he wanted my help to find a good potential business that we can “Rent The Brilliance” to. This is also why you want to know about “Sister Cities” like Carmel, Indiana is much like areas around Columbus Ohio or Chesterfield and Wildwood, Missouri. So a good jewelry business in one of those areas can have practices that translate well to another.
– So as the lockdowns have been lifted we have been working with a few jewelers and renting them these Policies. In one we are getting about $7,000 a month from a jeweler and I split that with my source jeweler so we each make $3,500/month.

You can sign “License Agreements” which is basically just a rental agreement but instead of renting a car or house they are renting a piece of Compliance and the instructions on how to use it:
– So right now our Heroes are always looking for these MFM opportunities
– In one case a real estate investor uses a banner on Craigslist to get motivated sellers calling, our Hero got the ad and the posting frequency and rented the package to another investor who is paying $150 per seller lead generated.
– On average the ad is producing $1,500 a week (10 solid seller leads) and this is a FREE ad.

So to summarize and recap:
– I went over the three step process to get an MFM like this going.
– I explained how an MFM works and a simple example with $3,500 a month
– You also saw how you can use a free ad on a place like Craigslist and get paid $1,500 a week from that.

These are easy deals so please look out for them and you’ll these opportunities all the time everywhere.
