Here’s a cool way to make money with vacant land by renting out tiny houses, this doesn’t have to be your land and you can do this zero down – here’s a Hero making an extra $300/day doing this…

– How to make side money fast with vacant land
– How you can rent out a tiny house on that vacant land without paying out of pocket
– Creating an additional $300/day from renting out tiny houses on vacant land all zero down

First of you should go through our EPIC class on the 57 ways to make money with vacant land.
– Today’s class is one of the methods described on that list
– We also have many Heroes who are paid as consultants to help land owners do these deals
– This three step process is pretty simple and has no risk

Here’s how this works:
– First contact vacant land owners, do NOT send them mail, stop by and drop off the (printable) list of of the 57 ways and ask them if they want help doing one of the items on that list OR you suggest one that you think makes sense… like renting a tiny house.
– Second, in this case you agree to do the marketing, cleaning, etc. and AirBNB, etc. in exchange they pay for renting the Tiny House as a test for a few days.  You can also talk to the Tiny House company and sometimes they will put it up and you can pay when it is done.  We have also partnered with a few so we don’t pay anything up front. You can also put the ad up on AirBNB before or as the tiny house goes up.
– Now you rent the house out for nightly Hits and split it with the owner

It is that simple:
– We have been testing this and it is sometimes a great hit and sometimes you get nothing, also sometimes you’ll have regular money and then out of nowhere it drops and so you need to be able to calibrate.
– This is also why you don’t want to put any money into these deals or be very committed just move on until you get the winner and be ready to move on again 
– A few Heroes have made much more than $300/day with this but like I said it is often inconsistent that’s why you want to move fast and shoot for $300-500 a day

What to look for?
– Almost all of our clients were couples who wanted a “getaway” so we include a telescope, picnic gear, delivered/catered breakfast, etc.
– So pick locations that are good for couples, romantic, with pretty sunrises/sunsets, etc.
– Also make sure to always ask/notice what the BEST clients are looking for, this will help you calibrated and RAD for the next ones
