How I’m making $1,500 a week from my list of code violation properties and motivated sellers.

How to make an extra $1,500/week from building a list of motivated sellers from code violations property.

So yesterday I went over how to come up with code violations, I thought it was 10 but actually it is 19

– The next page is the Infographic you can download it
– You can also check the page where I went over each of these in depth
– Sometimes it is easier to get the list than other times, that’s why our 19 point Checklist is growing based on what we need to get it

Now I got this list, the only of it’s kind I’m told, for IN, OH, MI

– Investors pay for access to the list, or they can use my checklist (they’d rather pay lol)
– If they see a property they want want we do a “Closer Look” for $100 – $300
– This means a contractor does a detailed video and walkthrough and summary of repairs with a full quote, comps, realtor estimates and we reach out to owner
– The contractor is paid about $25
– So if we make $75-150 @ 2-3 or 4 a day that is an extra $200 – $300 a day

Right now it went from $1,000 a week to over $1,500 a week

– Our Special Needs Kids came up with the list, now we just refresh it and it comes in automatically
– The list goes out at least once a week automatically
– Rex and Nicole handle all the calls and Closer Looks
– I literally don’t lift a finger and I’m making extra income every week
– BEST of all the Special Needs group is also making money as well

This is a great reason to start volunteering right NOW, GXM style

– You want to be around people who are helping others and care about their causes
– You will be able to help people and make a real difference and develop your gratitude
– As you build a Model you’ll have people ready to plug in

This is exciting and easy to do.
