“How I made $7,000 in my first 30 days with vacant land!”  Another BigReia.com success story…

First of all, THANK YOU again for making this channel the number one channel for Indiana real estate on YouTube according google analytics and SocialBlade info for BigReia.com.

This is a quick video I made about  a Hero’s experiment…

How I made $7,000 with vacant land in my first 30 days. Money in Indy vacant land.
(actually this is not just for Indiana)

How can you make quick money with vacant land as a consultant?
How can you help local landowners make extra money and learn too?
I got a few success stories from this, how can you duplicate these results?

Okay so I’ve had a few successes on this:
– Some of our Heroes are doing this and making good money
– There are also a few of my Indy Anna Bird Dogs who are doing this too
– Also there are others who I don’t and have never met or are going the BigReia.com page on this and making money on their own and sending the stories, I’ll be sharing more details on them later

Here’s a VERY simple way to do this even if you have no idea what you’re doing:
– Go to the BigReia.com post about vacant land, there are over “57 Ways to Make Money with Vacant Land” study the post, watch the vidoes and get familiar with the material. You can search it at BigReia.com or click on the link in the description.
– Next print out the written-letter and the “57 Ways Infographic” and make a few copies
– Now you want to mail it or drop it off at houses, farms, rentals, commercial units, etc. that are at or near vacant land
– As the letter explains you are willing to help the owner do one or more of the 57 ways with no money/risk on their part
– They will pay you as a consultant, a percentage of what they make or both

So you make money one of three way:
– You want to get many replies and leverage them so you can “bid” yourself out for at least $1,500 as a consultant
– You can also make money based on how much you help them make
– You can arrange for some combination

Right now the last “$7,000 in my first 30 days”:
– They followed the exact steps above and dropped off the “57 Ways” stuff at houses near vacant land on the way to work every day
– They got paid as a consultant on a few deals and also a percentage from providing a “Romantic star-lit quarantined camping night” (one of the 57 ways)
– Now they should be making at least $1,000 month residually from the camping deal

This is an easy way to make an extra $3,000 – $5,000 a month on the side, many of our people have done this with minimum work.

I just wanted to share this success story with you so you can do the same thing too, keep the stories coming.
