How do you get special needs kids to buy businesses (and real estate)
zero down and with no credit?

How can you guys grow a business?
How do I buy a business zero down and with no credit checks?
How can you get employees with no experience or the special needs kids to grow and/or buy companies so fast?

Here’s what you need to know:
– Think of a business just a bunch of transactions
– The “owner” gets paid on a piece of the transactions
– So to be an “owner” means that you are getting paid on a piece of the business or transactions

Remember you get paid on what you do but you get (and build) real wealth on what you own or control.

Ownership is one kind of control, but control > ownership.  You want to control transactions.

Don’t try to buy a business first just GROW a business
– Once you can do this you can pick up any company you want
– You won’t need credentials, experience, education, etc. if you can GROW that business
– Use your growth as leverage to own/control/buy

I’ve asked over 100 local business owners what they have done or tested to double their business in the last 90 days (one of the Empire IQ Questions) and nobody has had answer. The last six months, one year, two years? Same answer.
– Growing a business is so easy because nobody is really trying
– Focus on “Business Doublers” like 2x gatekeepers
– We have kids and adults interview local businesses as part of the “Business Builders Club” and they just ask them:

Can you list some people who would double your business?
– It is amazing how, without exception, not a single business owner has made this list and with every one so far we can brainstorm and develop that list in minutes
– Now we have THEM tell us what to say (why would the Doubler want to comply)
– Then we go and get in touch with them and connect the two, that’s it

That is one very simple, there are others but just do that for now
– Don’t try to get paid just do it for free and watch as you explode a business and add six, seven or even eight figures with ease
– They will want you to keep working with them and now you have a testimonial you can use in your Propaganda Package
– Do this at least 3-5 times and then you once you see how easy it is you can easily transition to start owning and controlling

First grow, then own.
– The structure of these deals is easy enough and I’ve explained the LLC ownership previously
– If I came to you and said I’ll double or triple your business and in return I just want 30% of the newly doubled business most people would want to do that, partly because I can keep doubling or growing the company
– You’ll never run out of opportunities this way and you can engineer income as well, so if you want an extra $5,000 – $10,000 a month from a business share/interest/ownership or control stake you can calculate exactly what you need to grow it by

There are many ways to grow these companies but this is one that always works, and yes even kids do it they just have to have think it’s fun to use the phone LOL.
