I usually help real estate investors do deals in Indiana, but so many folks have asked me to help them do deals outside of the Indy markets.  So from now on (magic words lol) I will be helping certain folks build their asset base out of the Indianapolis market.

– How to get my help to do deals outside of Indiana
– So many people in real estate are insanely lazy, here’s how to avoid being a victim to that.
– The single BIGGEST factor in how much money you’ll make with your real estate investments.  (it is the PEOPLE on your team)

If you aren’t familiar with me, my team and the work we are doing then you can go through the “About Indy Anna” video first but basically I’m CRAZY in love, obsessed and blessed to be helping folks reach their dreams with (Indiana) real estate.

I’m a mother to two kids with special needs, I’m also a special needs instructor and I take care of my parents.  I’m saying that because I’ve been made to take care of people and I used to think that was incompatible with business but now I realize that it is a super power.

I’m a people pleaser, a big nerd…

I was made to take care of people and it is really obvious to anybody who comes around me.

So lately a LOT of people have been asking me for help to do deals outside of Indiana, and they are in one of the two following situations:
– They want to do deals in their OWN market and want my help getting good Boots on the Ground
– They want to do deals OUTSIDE of their area and they want my help to build that machine

As more people see how we operate, I’m getting more calls like this everyday and I’m super GRATEFUL that so many of you have reached out and want my help, so from now on here’s how what I’ll be doing to help you:
– As you know I’m obsessed with this stuff and part of my mission in life is helping people reach their life goals and create generational wealth with real estate and business building so first after you go through the Investor Profile you and I will have a conversation and I’ll know for sure if we’re a good fit and if I can help.
– If you’re ready and we’re a “Go” then I (and my team) will do everything I can to help you build your team, get the Boots on the Ground and start doing deals and acquiring assets either in your own market or the target market.
– If you have ANY experience in real estate then you know that no matter how much money you have, no matter how hot the market is and no matter how good the deals the single biggest factor in your ability to make money is the PEOPLE that you work with, so I will do everything I can to make sure you WIN.

How will I make money?
– It is possible that there may be some referral money or something like that, but to be honest that isn’t as exciting to me and this is DEFINITELY not the best use of my time money-wise
– Another arrangement that I’ve done with many investors is partnering (equity, funding, etc.) so that my be option as well
– Aside from that though, even if I don’t make any money I’ll still do it and help you (for the right people lol) get things moving because I really do love this stuff and there’s a lot of people that need help

As we expand into new areas, I’ll be adding to our page of people at so the focus won’t just be in the Midwest and Indy:
– My “Indy Anna REIA” is about 300 people or so in about 9 states so I will tighten that up and make adjustments as necessary
– If I’m helping you do deals then you and I will be in touch daily, I’ll help screen the realtors, lenders, contractors, property managers, buyers, sellers, etc. and I promise if I take you on then I won’t stop until we WIN.
– Even if you and I don’t work together I do NOT want to see you become a horror story so please make sure you find somebody to help that is as emotionally invested as me and my team are.

I’ve written books, done lectures and made over 500 videos all about the system that Azam and I have developed to help special needs folks become real estate investors and business owners:
– You can go through them and get a sense of the level of success that our Heroes are able to achieve with their business, it is remarkable and we’ve become nationally recognized by teachers, faculty and school systems
– I’m bringing this up now because for nearly my entire life I looked at my assets as handicaps, I was told that I was too “soft” or “caring” or that I “didn’t have the stomach” for sales/business because I cared too much and now for the first time in my life I’ve realized that it is that very nature that becomes most important to succeed today.
– So please make sure that even if we don’t talk or work together that you get somebody like myself and the folks on my team, people who really care, want to help people and are making improvements in the world because it is the best way to not just make money but make a difference too

You need people who have the right “Frequency of Thought” that will attract and even create those similar kinds of people in your life and business.
