“Wouldn’t it be a great if there was a SINGLE page that had all the contacts that a real estate investor would ever need to do unlimited deals in the Indiana real estate market?”

This page is the answer to that question.

I’ve wanted to make a page like this for while now.

If you are an Indiana real estate investor, whether you live in Indy or invest as an out-of-state (OOS) investor, you need to have the right team around you.  So on this page I’m going to include a list of real estate folks.

I don’t know all of these people but I do know this:

The right team can make or break your deal.

There are property management companies that are holding clients hostage, contractors who are poorly serving their clients and many other real estate folks doing a not-great job.  Many great people don’t have work while not-great people do have plenty of work.

Plus it is just good to have the best people from Indy in one place.

So this page can help us all.

About this site… 

This website, BigReia.com, is still a work in progress lol.  Have to make some obvious fixes, but even then it gets around 50-100 hits a day.  Our other media, across all platforms, get about 200 hits/views a day as of right now.  Our newsletter has a total of about 20,000 “subscribers” although we are purging that list because the “real” people is probably less than half of that.

Quick note about that and BigReia.com traffic: I often say that this is the number one channel for Indiana real estate on YouTube according google analytics and SocialBlade info for BigReia.com.  Also the traffic and rankings I mentioned earlier can be see at at the BigReia.com Alexa ranking as well.

1,500 views a day and 150 podcasts downloads a day – from over 30 countries.

I only bring that up to say the top authorities on the issue are Google, SocialBlade and Alexa so it doesn’t just matter how many subscribers and views you have because other gauges like “engagement” are vital too.  A few people trying to improve their SEO have asked me about that.

Anyway – altogether we get about 200-300 hits/views a day right now.

So there is NO page in the world of “Indy Real Estate” with as much traffic/content.

This a passion project for me and all the content here is free, use it any way that you want.  My point is that I’m setting up this page to give people a trusted, unbiased place where you can get answers and connect with REAL people.  Also if you want your site linked here it will help with your backlinks and SEO ranking as well.

I don’t know everybody below, but I know many of them and they are great people who really do want to help you.  They are just a phone call away and they have ASKED to be contacted to help you.  

A few common questions I got: 

Q:  Anna are you charging people to be on this page?

A:  I got this question a few times lol, the answer is NO.  I really do mean it when I say I’m just doing this to help and to make it easier for our OOS investors (and locals) to connect with good people.  I will not delete comments either but please be respectful in your feedback and give people a chance to reply.

Again to answer this question NO I’m not making ANY money from this page, nobody on my team is either and if we ever do own/buy a piece or all of a company below I promise that I will tell you.

Q:  Anna, how did you come up with this list?

A:  Every single person/company on this list is here on this page for one of two reasons:

1.)  They reached out to me directly and asked to be included here.

2.)  A client/friend/family member reached out and asked for them to be included.

So you SHOULD get replies back even if they are unavailable and please only suggest your self or somebody else if/when you know they are solid and reliable.  Everybody here should get back to you with answers/recommendations, even if they are unavailable.

EACH company has promised to return calls and be helpful, even if they are booked.

Again EVERY single person on this list was suggested (usually by themselves) because they said they wanted to specifically help real estate investors in the Indy market.

So this should be an active list of good, helpful people.
